First steps…
Thank you for signing up to our new platform. Please feel free to explore the website, especially the content in the teachers’ area.
In particular:
one of the features of the Yoga Fellowship website is the Find a Teacher database. We’re excited to provide an accurate and easy to use search tool enabling visitors to find the best teachers in their area. To make this happen, we need current and full details for all our teachers. Please ensure you provide your teacher profile so we can include you in this valuable resource.
we would like to draw your attention to the mental health first aid video produced by our esteemed member Bridget Hamill, who is supremely qualified to introduce this subject as a psychiatrist and trauma therapist.
please visit our Events page to book your tickets for upcoming CPD events, including:
An exciting one-day event with renowned sound healer Anne Malone. Anne will be presenting a full day workshop exploring the use of Himalayan sound bowls. This will be a mixture of experiential and practical activities.
Bridget Hamill will be presenting a half-day event looking at trauma-informed yoga and how yoga can support healing and integration.
