An introduction to the transformative powers of mantra & voice
Join Julie Preston for this introduction to the ancient practice of mantra and voice as tools for healing, grounding and inner connection.
Open to everyone, this 3 hour workshop offers a nourishing space to explore the power of sacred sounds, chanting and vocal toning - no previous experience or singing ability is needed.
Mantras are ancient sound vibrations that help free you from the endless chatter in your mind, drawing you inwards to connect to your heart. Chanting and toning offer wonderfully accessible ways to access the many benefits of meditation without having to sit still or be quiet.
Through simple chants and accessible voice work you’ll learn how to:
Unlock both the calming and energizing effects of mantras
Use your voice as a tool for authentic expression, emotional release and clarity
Soothe your nervous system and alleviate stress using your own voice as a sound healing instrument.
